Nigeria Attacks-Gunmen Killed 9 Students At School

MAIDUGURI (Nigeria): Suspected gunmen killed 9 students on Monday. The students were killed in exam hall while they were about to start their final year exam in exam hall.

The area where students were killed is a strong hold of Boko Haram, one of the strong militants groups. The security forces suspect the involvement of Boko Haram in that incident. The army said that they had killed two of the attackers gunmen.

David Buba, who is the student of that school where incident took place, told us that when the attack took place , he was at school.

He also added,” I initially thought it was outside the school but when I saw people running, I was confused and hid somewhere in fear until 30 minutes later when corpses of our students were brought out of the exam hall."

Muhammed Saleh, who was a relative of one of the students that had been killed told that he was told by the school administration that gunmen attacked the school soon after the final year exam had strated.
